These Terms govern your use of Vibe Yum (the “Service”), operated by Zadius LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Vibe Yum lets families store recipes, shopping lists, meal plans, and related sharing features on web and native apps, with optional AI connectors. The app lives at https://app.consumer.vibeyum.com; this marketing and legal site is https://consumer.vibeyum.com.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Google sign-in may be required for some features.
- Some write features may require an allowlisted account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service (including attempting unauthorized access, abusing sharing invites, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users). We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Your content
You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service (including sharing you enable).
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered via Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or web billing partners. Store purchases are also subject to the store’s terms. Refunds follow the applicable store / partner policy unless required otherwise by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Recipe content is user-generated; we do not guarantee accuracy of nutrition, allergens, or cooking results.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
